The Uttarakhand MSME RAMP Portal is a unified, integrated platform designed to streamline and accelerate the growth and performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Uttarakhand. This platform acts as a central hub that provides easy access to government schemes, grants, support programs, and resources aimed at enhancing the performance of MSMEs across the state.

Formalized MSMEs
Under the scheme, young entrepreneurs who are native or permanent residents of the state and wish to become self-employed will be provided with loan facilities through Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Banks, State Co-operative Banks, and Regional Rural Banks. This will enable them to start their own enterprise, service, or business.

Entrepreneurs who are native or permanent residents of the state and require minimal capital can avail a collateral-free loan of up to Rs. 50,000 under the Mudra Loan Scheme (Shishu) for Micro (Nano) Enterprises, as part of the Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana. Projects in industries such as agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, poultry, fisheries, and meat processing, with a value up to Rs. 50,000, will be financed by banks without the need for collateral.

Uttarakhand's first self-employment scheme, the 'Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Paryatan Swarojgar Yojna,' was launched on June 1, 2002. The primary objective of this scheme is to provide maximum self-employment opportunities in the tourism sector to the residents of Uttarakhand, with a particular focus on the youth.

The Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grah Aawas Vikas Yojna, launched by the Uttarakhand government, aims to enhance the experience of tourists and improve the financial condition of local residents by offering their homes as tourist accommodations.
